For your special day Harrisons Hall will be exclusively yours. During the summer months enjoy having your ceremony in our outdoor Festival Tent or indoors in our glass roofed Pavilion Suite.

In the morning of your wedding day enjoy the use of your very own getting ready room and bar, your meal will be served in our glass roofed Pavilion Suite should you choose to have one and then our Pavilion Suite will be transformed for your evening celebrations including our Resident DJ, wooden dance floor and a private bar till midnight. At the end of the night retire to your bridal suite and then join us for a full Welsh breakfast in the morning.

 

Have your guest stay in our 10 remaining individually designed bedrooms and join you for breakfast.

If you are looking at having your wedding here at Harrisons Hall, here are just a few things to know:

All wedding must include a minimum of 50 adult guests

Our maximum capacity for your evening party is 200 guests

All our prices are per person, there is no set price for the venue

We offer Traditional Wedding Packages, Afternoon Wedding Packages and Festival Wedding Packages

 

You can also start your celebrations early here at Harrisons Hall by having a Pre-Wedding 3-course meal the night before your wedding. Invite family and friends to join you and your own private bar till 11PM. This must be pre-boked and pre-ordered. (Minimum 10 Adult Guests). This is subject to availability.

To make planning your wedding just that little bit easier we have answered some of our most frequently asked questions!

  • We try to make everything as simple as possible for you, so included in our Traditional Wedding Package is:

    • Harrisons Hall being exclusively yours for your special day

    • A Wedding Co-ordinator to help make your special day memorable

    • A Master of Ceremonies to Present the Newly Married Couple

    • The use of our Bridal Getting Ready Room for the ladies in the morning

    • Your Marriage Ceremony in our Pavilion Suite all year round or your Marriage Ceremony in our Festival Tent from May to September

    • Red Carpet on Front Entrance and a White Carpet for your Indoor Aisle

    • Fairy Light Backdrop in our Pavilion Suite and White Table Linens for all your tables

    • Bucks Fizz for the adults and Orange Juice for the kids on arrival or after your ceremony

    • Sparkling Wine for your Wedding Toasts

    • Evening Entertainment from our Resident DJ starting from 7PM and finishing at Midnight (other forms of entertainment, bands or disco’s may be booked with prior knowledge and proof of their own Full Public Liability Insurance Cover)

    • Cake Stand and Cake Knife to Present and Cut your Wedding Cake

    • Our Victorian Post Box to Safely Secure your Wedding Cards

    • Our Bridal Suite for the night of your Wedding followed by Breakfast the next morning in our Conservatory

    • Our Traditional Wedding Package will also include:

    • A 3-course meal prepared for you by our chefs. We ask that you choose 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert from our Traditional Wedding Menu (A wedding taster can be arranged). Please let us know of any dietary requirements so we can cater for them

    • 2 glasses of Red, White or Rose Wine to go with your Starter and Main

    • Easel with a White Framed Mirror to Present your Table Plan

    • White Chair Covers with a Sash and a Table Runner, your choice of colour for the Sash and Runner

    • Centrepieces for your Tables, your choice between Silver Candelabras, Birdcages, Fishbowls or oversized Martini Glasses. All of which can be Presented on a Table mirror or Wooden Board

    • Evening Buffet (We recommend 8PM) prepared by our chefs. We ask that you choose 1 of our 3 Buffet Options. Please let us know of any dietary requirements so we can cater for them

  • You will meet with one of our Wedding Co-ordinators 6 weeks before you wedding date.

    At this point we will finalise not only menu choices but also table plans, any changes in numbers, sash colours for chairs and we will answer any final questions you may have!

  • Enjoy having most if not all of your family and friends at your wedding! We have a dining capacity of 150 and an evening capacity of 200!

  • At the time of booking we do require a non-refundable £500 deposit to secure your date.

    Without this no booking can be guaranteed!

  • After the meeting 6 weeks before your wedding date we will issue an invoice with the updated guest count.

    This payment must be made no less than 1 week prior to the wedding date.
